It is an integrated programme striving to define innovation and creativity in entrepreneurship as a concept, a philosophy, a practice and an application to build promising, outstanding generations of young entrepreneurs capable of being creative and innovative in a competitive environment.

Through this important initiative, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) aims at spreading and boosting the culture of entrepreneurship, as well as at instilling and inculcating the values of creativity, innovation, business and investment in the souls of future generations to build promising generations of entrepreneurs capable of being creative and innovative in a competitive environment. For this award furnishes them with opportunities for flourishing, growing and developing new ideas and concepts for creating a knowledge-based developing economy that is not reliant on oil, as well as for contributing actively to sustainable economic development.
We, at the ADCCI, seek -via this key initiative- to enhance a spirit of investment pro-action for future entrepreneurs. Add to this, developing and empowering them and setting up a supportive and motivating environment instrumental in discovering their inclinations, enriching their talents, and training and following them up. This is to augment their aptitudes so that they can be able to venture into doing business, as well as to adopt a pro-active spirit and think of starting successful businesses by means of innovative enterprises dependent on scientific principles and strategies.
